Directions For MuscleMeds Methyl Arimatest:

FORMULA 1 (DIHYDROTASE)
Directions: Take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening with water.

FORMULA 2 (7-ARIMATASE)
Directions: Place one SubZorb tablet in mouth and let dissolve completely, then swallow. For maximum effects take two Formula 2 SubZorb tablets per day: one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening.
